El Fuerte Marbella

The legendary El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel in the Spanish coastal city, shines in early summer with a fifth star after a year-long renovation. The hotel pays special attention to its culinary concept and has introduced two new gastronomic offers for its guests.

Exquisite gastronomy in Edge by Paco Perez

At the Edge by Paco Perez restaurant, fine dining meets a relaxed atmosphere and first-class service. Star chef Paco Perez provides a unique combination of high-quality ingredients and excellent taste experiences.

Mediterranean delicacies in the Levante restaurant

Andalusian specialties meet international influences at the Levante restaurant. Mediterranean cuisine is served here with a modern twist. Relax on the terrace with hammocks right by the pool and enjoy the warm rays of the sun.

The hotel has 266 renovated rooms and suites and a modernized spa area. The exclusive “Selected” category offers 78 rooms with additional amenities, such as access to a private lounge, daily hydrotherapy and transfers to Marbella attractions.

El Fuerte Marbella: Best location and unique ambience

El Fuerte Marbella is located on the promenade, just a few minutes walk from the old town. The surrounding area is characterized by boutiques, restaurants, cafes and the Puerto Deportivo marina. Spanish architect Jaime Beriestain designed the interior inspired by the rich culture of the region.

Focus on sustainability and energy efficiency

The renovation of El Fuerte Marbella placed great emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. CO² emissions were reduced by 41 percent through improved insulation, an energy recovery system and LED lighting. Local, seasonal ingredients and cooperation with regional producers are part of the culinary concept.
